Our instructor has more than 12 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the human body and mind, our goal is to facilitate mobility to the body, giving it additional strength and flexibility.

Yoga classes
· Somatic Yoga | Somatic exercises seek to awaken sensory awareness in those areas of the body where muscular tensions have been established.
·Yoga Flow & Vinyasa | It is a modality that is characterized by the synchronization of asanas and transitions with breathing. In this dynamic practice, the movements are intertwined with each other, so that the breath remains constant at all times.
· Hatha Yoga | This style of yoga is a classic style of postures and breathing techniques. Its goal is to create a balance between the masculine and feminine energies that exist within ourselves. Additionally, yoga postures are also used to achieve balance between strength and flexibility.
· Yoguilates | It combines asanas or static yoga exercises, along with much more dynamic Pilates exercises. The result is a very complete and effective session. Those who practice yogilates can experience numerous advantages, such as: Better posture and a more stylized figure.
· Yoga Nidra | Nidra is a meditation and relaxation practice that consists of bringing the mind to a deeper state of consciousness, with the aim of achieving mental peace and also to know oneself.
Pilates classes
· Pilates Mat - Floor |It is a type of the Pilates method that is practiced on a mat, using your own body weight as resistance or with implements.
· Respiratory Kinetics | introduction to the study of the main respiratory mechanisms. The forces and movements involved in breathing are detailed and, from here, more than 30 different ways of breathing, their indications and applications depending on the circumstances.
· Pelvic Floor Work | Pelvic floor muscle training exercises can help strengthen the muscles under the uterus, bladder, and intestine (large intestine). These exercises can help both men and women.
